Sales Channel Optimisation

Hydra Enviro Consulting were contracted to identify , evaluate and propose potential channel representatives for a water treatment company based on advanced membrane technology, and and three agents were subsequently hired in Europe & Middle East regions

Hydra Enviro Consulting provided market intelligence for consultants working on behalf of seed investors planning to provide Series B funding to a scale up water treatment technology company. Scope of services included market evaluation, competitive positioning, and identifying drivers to provide insights to the investors to make educated investment decisions. Funding in excess of €25 million was awarded, allowing the company so scale more quickly.

M&A Advisory Services
